About this service

Our plumbing and bathrooms service

A modern bathroom is four or five trades working in a small room. Pipework has to be in before the walls are boarded, wiring for mirrors and lighting has to be zoned and certified, and the tiler needs a flat, waterproof surface to work on. We plan the order, book each trade and check the work at every stage, so the finished room looks like the photos below rather than a collection of separate jobs.

Our plumbing partners fit concealed cisterns, wall hung toilets, floating vanities, freestanding baths and walk in showers with linear drains. Any gas work, including boiler installs and moves, is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers.

Questions

Plumbing and Bathrooms questions answered

Cannot see your question? Send us a message and your project manager will reply.

Who manages the different trades on a bathroom?

We do. Your project manager arranges the plumber, electrician, plasterer and tiler in the right order and checks each stage, so you only ever speak to one person.

Can you fit a bathroom in a loft conversion?

Yes. Several of the bathrooms in our gallery are loft bathrooms with sloping ceilings and roof windows. We plan the layout around head height, drainage falls and the position of the soil stack.

Do you install wet rooms and walk in showers?

Yes. We install walk in showers with frameless glass screens, rainfall heads and linear drains, with the floor and walls fully tanked before tiling so the room stays watertight.

Is gas work carried out by a registered engineer?

Yes. By law any gas work must be done by a Gas Safe registered engineer, and that is who carries out ours. You receive the relevant certificate once the work is complete.
